1. Position & Job Description

The Employee is being hired for the position of LABOUR at HARWINDER SINGH CONSULTANT.
The Employee shall perform all duties assigned by the Employer including but not limited to:
• Daily work tasks relevant to the assigned position
• Following company rules, safety guidelines, and instructions
• Maintaining professional behavior at the workplace

2. Working Hours
   • 8 hours per day
   • 6 days a week
   • Overtime will be paid according to company policy and Canadian labor standards

3. Salary & Benefits

The Employee will receive a monthly salary of CAD 4500 payable on a monthly basis.
In addition to salary, the following benefits will be provided:

✓ Free Food

The Employer will provide free meals or food allowance according to company policy.

✓ Free Accommodation

Accommodation arranged by the Employer will be provided without any deduction.

✓ Free Transportation

Daily transportation from accommodation to workplace will be provided.

✓ Free Visa Processing

All visa processing costs will be covered by the Employer.

✓ Free Air Ticket

One-way economy class air ticket from the Employee's home country to Canada will be provided by the Employer.

4. Medical & Insurance Coverage

The Employer will provide:
• Hospitalization Insurance
• Medical & Health Insurance (as per Alberta Health Services guidelines)
• Emergency medical support according to Canadian employment law

No medical or insurance cost will be deducted from the Employee's salary.

5. Probation Period

The first 3 months of employment will be considered the probation period.
During probation, either party may terminate the contract with a 7-day notice.

6. Contract Duration & Renewal
   • The initial contract is valid for 2 years.
   • The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

7. Leave Entitlement

The Employee will be entitled to:
• Annual leave: 21 days paid leave per year
• Sick leave: As per Canadian labor law
• Public holidays: As announced by the Government of Canada

8. Code of Conduct

The Employee agrees to:
• Follow workplace rules & regulations
• Maintain discipline
• Respect co-workers and company guidelines
• Avoid any illegal activity or misconduct

9. Termination Clause

The Employer may terminate employment if:
• Employee violates company policy
• Employee is absent without notice for more than 7 days
• Employee behaves with misconduct, fraud, or disobedience

The Employee may terminate employment by giving 30 days written notice after probation.

10. Confidentiality

The Employee shall not share:
• Company data
• Client information
• Internal documents
with any third party.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the employment laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta.
